We have talked often I think, of those times when it is imperative to trust those around you more than yourself, and we have talked about how we can know that, after the fact if we have failed to identify that we are in trouble ahead of time.

And one of the ways we can tell we are in trouble and that it is better to suspend our own judgement in favor of others (not just any old others, but those people we know we can trust, or did trust not so long ago) is when we find that we are in what seems like absolute disagreement with not just any every one around us, but every one around us who we thought we could trust.

Another way to tell is when it seems that no one understands, but again, not just any old no one, but all those people who not so long ago you/we/one thought we could trust.

This is happening to you now and your perspective is shot.
You are tricking yourself and you are in danger.

When one walks off cliffs and hillsides, one falls into crevices and gullies, no ifs and or buts about it.  If you don't believe me or you don't think I understand, go try it out.  But please be careful.  That is to say, please wear knee pads and elbow pads and long pants and a long sleeved shirt and a helmet and protective eyeglasses and have someone go with you so they can help you up and out, you know.

And please still your mind so that you can see and hear and think and then so you can feel so you can once again know what is happening around you.  And please start again to take notice of the vessel that is your physical body so that you may give it its proper due which means to adequately feed and nourish it, so that you may still your mind so that you can see and hear and think and then feel, so you can know what is happening around you.

Your perspective is shot and you are in danger.  Please take every necessary precaution.

So, what about faith. (hope trust belief confidence conviction) not so far off I think.  The questions are (remember about asking the proper questions) what is the fear, and what is the (was the) cost of sustaining life from/with your integrity, and what were you having to trade-in to keep your integrity and live its truth.  And what do you get/have now in return for having relinquished it.

I think to have you read Faust and Oscar Wilde, particularly The Picture of Dorian Gray, each a story about the extremes and the costs people will suffer, to even if for a brief moment, do battle with reality.

It's a costly war, and one never to be won..
But perhaps, it is only about learning, even if,  only just a moment before death.
Please be careful.
